Hi, I’m Andrea, and I’m the Mary Poppins of Digital Design.

15 years of stories

15 years of stories

I’m an Associate Creative Director who has spent 15 years living and breathing the design world in London.

Over my career, I’ve genuinely worked on everything: video games, stop motion, B2B and B2C branding, marketing, and web design. I’ve picked up loads of stories and experiences along the way (some utterly mad, others brilliant) which I now share, with a healthy dose of irony, in my Craft Crumbs videos. With a fiercely hands-on background, I've learned how to act as a bridge between client demands and creative execution.

Whether it’s orchestrating the rebrand of a merged company, trying to keep the peace between stakeholders with wildly opposing visions, or pulling a Figma design system out of the hat that cuts development time in half, my goal is simple: make things work and make life a bit easier for the people I work with.

Slow to learn names, fast to learn software

Slow to learn names, fast to learn software

I’ve always got my eye on new tech, keeping practicality front and centre: every new tool I add to my skillset has a precise place in my workflow and, above all, has to actually solve business problems. This passion for optimisation hasn't gone unnoticed by my colleagues either; for years, for instance, I ran weekly workshops to make sure the whole creative team knew how to get the absolute best out of Figma.

Keeping close ties

Keeping close ties

I’ve done all of this because I firmly believe in the power of teamwork. The positive ripple effect that collective growth has on colleagues inevitably shines through in the quality of the projects.

What else can I say? If you’re looking for a pragmatic creative with an international background, a knack for rallying the team, and a pretty decent pizza-making game... let's have a chat!
